4-H Future Millionaires

Active Approach to Bullying

Bullying is not a new issue. While it has been around for decades, it has taken on a new twist with a format known as cyber-bullying. There is a need for our youth to be educated about the bullying issue and learn how to appropriately deal with the problem. In this session, you will see an overview of a program which as been successfully used in Tennessee 4-H club meetings. You will also be given information on how to present the bullying topic to parents, teachers and other adults, so that they too, can help eliminate bullying in their school, neighborhood and/or community. |
4-H Shooting Sports

Financial Education for a New Generation

The NEFE High School Financial Planning Program is the most widely-used and easily available curricula for teaching financial education to high school students. Newly-revised and updated, the seven-lesson program includes free student workbooks, instructor manuals, presentation CDs and supporting Internet materials. Come to this session to learn from Ann who you can use the materials with your youth work and how you can participate in the train-the-trainer teacher
