Meet the Tennessee Delegates to the 2007 National 4-H Congress - The Tennessee delegation to National 4-H Congress is selected each year through project competition during State 4-H Roundup. Scholarships to this premier national event are awarded to each Senior Level II winner based on their project accomplishments, as well as leadership and citizenship activities.
