Morgin ArmsMorgin Arms of Putnam County is attending National 4-H Congress as a state winner in the Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries project. Morgin is the daughter of Jimmy and Jennifer Arms. Morgan has been active in her project for four years. She has participated in several forestry and wildlife judging contests throughout her career. She was also a member of the state-winning wildlife judging team that placed second in the nation at the nationals in New Mexico. Upon graduating from high school, she plans to further her education by majoring in wildlife and fisheries science.

Mitch BakerMitch Baker of Putnam County won a silver bowl in the Horticulture/Garden project. Mitch is the son of Phillip and Chris Baker. Mitch was the 2010 Level I state winner in horticulture/garden. Mitch's project involvement has centered around his lawn care business that he manages with his brothers. He started the business when he was ten years old. Mitch has severed in several leadership capacities during his 4-H tenure. He served as Tennessee 4-H Congress Speaker of the House and as a junior representative on State 4-H Council. Mitch is also very active in his school, church and community. He serves on the teen leadership team at his church. He is vice president of his school's student government association, and he also serves as vice president for the Tennessee FFA Association. Upon graduating from high school, he plans to attend Tennessee Technological University and major in ag communications or law.


Sarah BeckSarah Beck of Madison County claimed the silver bowl in the Horse project. She is the daughter of Ted and Naomi Beck. She has been involved in her project for the past four years. She works with local stables to assist in a variety of needs and is currently working on a hippotherapy program. Sarah has also participated in the leadership and citizenship projects. She was also a member of the Tennessee Performing Arts Troupe. Sarah has severed as president of her local 4-H Honor Club and project group the past two years. She also enjoys working with the youth at her church. Following graduation, she plans to attend Jackson State Community College.


Chelsea BellChelsea Bell of Madison County is attending National 4-H Congress as a state winner in the Electric project. Chelsea is the daughter of Karen and Howard Bell. She has been a member of 4-H for nine years. Chelsea has served as 4-H Honor Club vice president and activity chair. She has presented demonstrations on electric safety and provided information to high schools youth about electric cars. Chelsea has also been very involved in school activities as secretary of Beta Club and the National Honor Society, as well as vice president of the forensic/debate team. She is also a youth leader in her church. After graduating, Chelsea plans to attend the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and major in political science. Chelsea hopes to one day become a lawyer or lobbyist for children.


Mac BrittonMac Britton of Warren County is attending National Congress as a state winner in the Engineering/Safety Science project. Mac is the son of David and Joyce Britton. Mac has been involved in the engineering/safety science project for eight years. He was a Level I winner in the engineering/safety science project in 2009. He has used the skills he has learned in this project in his mowing business in such a way that he is able to practice safe business habits. He is also involved in the citizenship and consumer education/economics projects. He is actively involved in the 4-H Honor Club and All Stars, holding many offices throughout his 4-H career. Mac is active in school activities. He participates in Interact, FFA, National Honor Society, Student Council and Youth Leadership Opportunities of Warren County. Mac is undecided as to where he would like to attend college, but would like to purse an engineering or agriculture degree.
