2009 4-H Citizenhip winners
Citizenship winners at the 62nd annual Tennessee 4-H Congress were Rachel Hopkins (left) of  Knox County (Level I) and Jesse Paz (right) of Warren County (Level II). Kristy Taylor, Tennessee Farm Bureau Associate Director of Special Programs, represented the donor.
