Leadership winners
Leadership winners at the 61st annual Tennessee 4-H Congress were Grant Davis of Bedford County (Level I) and Rachel van der Merwe of Knox County (Level II). Lacy Upchurch, Tennessee Farm Bureau president, represented the donor.
