Coey NapolitanoCorey Napolitano of Williamson County is the 2009 Tennessee 4-H Congress Speaker of the House. Corey, a sophomore at Franklin High School, resides with his parents, Art and Susan Napolitano of Franklin.

Corey's main 4-H project has been leadership. He has been a county and regional winner in the interactive exhibit competition with the computer technology project. He was the second place winner in the county public speaking contest. Corey is currently vice president of Grassland Community 4-H Club. He participates in the poster contest. He is also a 4-H Honor Club member. Each summer he is actively involved in the outdoor meat cookery project. He won at the county level and participated in the regional competition at the Tennessee State Fair.

Corey is currently vice president of the Grassland Community 4-H Club. Outside of 4-H, Corey is a Sergeant in JROTC at his school. He has also worked to collect personal care products for local tornado victims.
