2009 4-H Public Speaking winners
State public speaking winners were announced at the 62nd annual Tennessee 4-H Congress in Nashville. From left are Kristy Taylor, Tennessee Farm Bureau (donor representative); Michele Atkins, Henry County UT Extension (donor representative); Tiffany Bryant of Blount County, 9th grade winner; Hannah Wright of Rhea County, 11th grade winner; Luke Willoughby of DeKalb County, 12th grade winner; Hannah Lee of Rutherford County, 10th grade winner; and Tykey Truett (donor).
