Public speaking winners
State public speaking winners were announced at the 61st annual Tennessee 4-H Congress in Nashville. From left are Michele Atkins, Henry County UT Extension (donor representative); Laura-Kate Gonyea of Williamson County, 9th grade winner; Lacy Upchurch, Tennessee Farm Bureau president (donor representative); Emily Buck of Wilson County, 10th grade winner; Greg Dowell of Smith County, 12th grade winner; Morgan Beaty of Blount County, 11th grade winner; and Taiki Truitt (donor).
