County 4-H Shooting Sports Programs are required to report their activities for October 1 to September 30 of the current year.  Please use the “County Summary” form to report any 4-H Shooting Sports activity from certified instructors in your county.  The “Club/Local Level Instructor Report” form may be used to retrieve information from instructors.  The “County Summary” is due to Daniel Sarver in the State 4-H Office by October 15.  A set of instructions is provided as a guide to completing these forms.
