S.O.S.
has
developed two surveys that you can use to ask the people you
helped how they felt about your project. You only need to
use one type of survey for each project.
Use
the Direct Beneficiary Survey
when you have one-on-one contact with the people who will
benefit from the service. This includes things like visiting
the nursing home, tutoring younger kids, and conducting educational
classes.
Use
the Indirect Beneficiary Survey
when you aren't working directly with the people you're helping.
This would be for times when you do things like pick up trash
in a park, sponsor a canned food drive, or make back-to-school
kits for some kids. You're helping people, but you're not
serving them in person.
