Nick Baker of Putnam County is the 2013 Tennessee 4-H Congress Speaker of the House. Nick is a junior at Cookeville High School in Putnam County. His parents are Phillip and Chris Baker. He is active in the horticulture/garden and citizenship projects. Among his many service experiences, his most memorable was assisting with a nursing home Christmas party with his 4-H Honor Club.
