2005 MASTER GARDENER CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEU) FORM |

Master Gardener Volunteers are encouraged to continue learning new horticulture related information. To garner this pursuit of knowledge 8 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) are required for annual certification. CEU’s can be earned by attending educational programming approved by your County Master Gardener Coordinator. FFor each one hour of education received, you will earn one CEU credit. Examples of CEU’s: Monthly Master Gardener Meetings (educational program portion), lectures/field days sponsored by UTAES, garden lectures/seminars, or educational programs through other state agencies (such as NRCS etc.) |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: To receive proper credit for your earned CEU, you may EITHER obtain a signature of the presenter(s) or spokesperson(s) at the function you attend, OR, if a signature cannot be obtained attach an agenda or program schedule to this document when you turn in your certification form. |
